Your customers. Your brand. Your data.
Nava talks to your customers in your name. Here is how we keep them, your brand and everything they tell us safe.
Your customers
What your customers experience
A check-in is an invitation, never a cold call. It is short, in their own language, and the agent starts by saying it is an AI.
The first thing they hear
Hi! I'm Nava, an AI assistant checking in on behalf of Tallora. It only takes a few minutes, and I'd like to hear how things are going for you.
By invitation
An email invites them to a short web conversation. Nava never phones your customers.
Told it is an AI, twice
In the invitation, and in the first sentence of the conversation.
Their time, their choice
About three minutes, when it suits them. They can talk or type.
One click to stop
Every invitation has an unsubscribe link. The opt-out holds, even when you import your list again.
Never too often
At most four check-ins a year, at least 30 days apart.
Your brand
The check-in agent speaks in your name, by your rules
Your team approves the questions once for each check-in agent. After that, the agent keeps to them.
What the agent always does
- Asks the questions your team approved
- Invites under your brand, with your logo and colors
- Follows your rules for questions it cannot answer
- Keeps it to about three minutes
What the agent never does
- Quotes prices or makes promises
- Mentions your other customers
- Pretends to be a person
- Sells, argues or pushes back
What your team sees
Signals, not recordings
Nava writes a short summary and the signals to the customer's record in your CRM. Never a transcript, never a recording.
Each person on your team sees what their role allows.
Hillside BikesCustomer record, your CRM
Nava check-in with Sara Lind
Much happier since the sales import. Stock counts still do not sync, which costs time every week.
- Growth potential
- Values the import
The stock count still does not match.
- No recording
- No transcript
Your data
Where your data lives, and who handles it
Hosted in the EU
Nava runs on Microsoft Azure in Sweden. Your customer list, check-ins and results stay there.
Encrypted
Your data is encrypted in storage and in transit.
Access by role
Role-based access for your team, and single sign-on on request.
Not used to train AI
Nava never uses your data or your customers' words to train AI models.
You own the data
Your company is the data controller. Nava is the processor and never owns your data or your customers' data.
Ready for your security review
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are in progress, and our data processing agreement (DPA) is ready to sign.
- GDPR
- GDPR compliant. You are the controller, and Nava is the processor.
- AI transparency
- People always know they are talking to an AI, from the first sentence.
- Their choice
- Nobody is called, and anyone can stop with one click.
